OVS is strengthening its international presence with the opening of the Group's largest flagship store, inaugurated on September 3 on the first floor of the Dubai Mall, one of the world's leading shopping hubs, welcoming over 100 million visitors each year.

Located just steps from the Burj Khalifa, the new store represents a strategic showcase for the Italian clothing group, which through this operation consolidates its position in the United Arab Emirates, considered one of the most dynamic and attractive markets globally.

With a sales area of over 2.500 square meters, the store brings together the main brands of the OVS portfolio in a single space, presenting a comprehensive offering that includes women's, men's and children's clothing, accessories, underwear, perfumery and personal care products.

Alongside the OVS and OVS Kids collections, there is space for Piombo, Piombo Kids, Les Copains, B.Angel, Utopja, Altavia, Goldenpoint, Stefanel, and Shaka, according to a model that aims to enhance the different identities of the brands without sacrificing an overall coordinated commercial offering.

The assortment includes a selection of premium collections from various brands, enriched with garments created specifically for the UAE destination and designed to meet the needs of an international, cosmopolitan and diverse clientele in terms of tastes, origins and lifestyles.

A central role within the flagship store is reserved for Shaka, the OVS beauty concept, which in the Dubai Mall is presented through the largest format ever created by the Group and offers a selection of independent international and Italian brands.

The presence of the beauty department expands the traditional perimeter of the clothing store and helps transform the point of sale into a space where fashion, accessories, and personal care are presented through a single commercial experience.

The store, which is owned directly by OVS and employs a total of 47 people, was developed according to a refined and elegant architectural model, designed to offer visibility to the individual brands while representing the Group's overall identity.

The Dubai opening is part of OVS's international expansion plan and follows the recent openings in New Delhi and Mumbai, confirming the company's desire to progressively strengthen its development axis between India and the Middle East.

“After the recent openings in New Delhi and Mumbai, OVS is continuing its international development plan and consolidating its link between India and the Middle East with the opening of Dubai,” said Stefano Beraldo, CEO of OVS.

According to Beraldo, the new flagship store represents "a particularly significant evolution," both in terms of its size and the architectural model adopted, and serves as a privileged showcase through which to present all the Group's brands to an audience from numerous countries.

“Being located in the heart of one of the world's most important retail hubs allows us to best express the uniqueness of our 'House of Brands' model and introduce it to an international audience,” added the CEO.

The choice of the Dubai Mall reflects the growing interest of major fashion operators in a city that over the years has become a global point of reference for trade, tourism and consumption, thanks also to an attractiveness that far exceeds the borders of the United Arab Emirates.

The high number of visitors and the presence of brands from all over the world give OVS a visibility that is difficult to replicate in other markets, allowing the Group to strengthen both its own awareness and that of the individual brands that make up its portfolio.

The new store's size also allows for a more comprehensive presentation of the various collections and to appeal to different customer segments, while maintaining the brands' recognizable identities within a single retail destination.

The inauguration in the Emirates thus marks a further step in OVS's transformation from an operator primarily focused on the Italian market to a group with an increasingly structured presence on international markets.

OVS currently has a network of over 2.600 stores in Italy and abroad, most of which operate under the OVS and Upim brands, and operates primarily in men's, women's, and children's clothing, alongside beauty and home decor.

The company portfolio includes, among others, Piombo, OVS Kids, Les Copains, Blukids, Stefanel, Goldenpoint, Croff and Shaka, brands that allow the Group to cover different product categories and audience segments.

Listed on the Euronext Milan market since 2015, OVS closed 2025 with sales of €1,746 billion and an EBITDA of over €218 million, figures that form the financial basis of the development path also initiated beyond national borders.

The Dubai Mall flagship store thus becomes the symbol of the international growth strategy pursued by the management, with the aim of bringing the “House of Brands” model to some of the most promising areas for the future of world trade.
