Agromonte, a Sicilian company specializing in red wine preserves, closed 2025 with positive results. The company is celebrating its twenty-fifth anniversary, recording revenue growth and confirming its development strategy based on an integrated supply chain, investment, and internationalization.
The financial year ended with a turnover of 37 million euros, an 8% increase compared to 2024, despite a particularly challenging environment for the agri-food sector, characterized by rising costs of raw materials, energy, labor, and production.
These results have been supported by an industrial management strategy focused on efficiency and a strengthened supply chain. Approximately 90% of the raw materials used come from company-owned land located in the immediate vicinity of the production facilities, a model that allows the company to leverage the short supply chain, reduce processing times, and maintain direct control over tomato quality.
Growth in international markets also continues. Exports currently represent 22% of total revenue and continue to be one of the main drivers of the company's growth. In 2025, Agromonte strengthened its international presence with the opening of a new office in France, designed to consolidate its European sales network and support expansion into international markets, focusing on the premium positioning of its products.
At the same time, the company has implemented a major industrial investment plan. New buildings adjacent to the existing facilities are currently being completed, designed to modernize production lines and create new corporate offices. At the same time, the agricultural land has been expanded to increase production capacity and further improve processing efficiency.
On the sales front, the brand's main products continue to stand out. The Datterino Tomato Sauce recorded a 6% increase, while the Ready-to-Eat Cherry Tomato Sauce grew by 12%, confirming its position as the leader in its segment and maintaining both products in the top 10 of the Italian ready-to-eat sauces market.
Looking ahead to 2026, Agromonte aims to expand its range with new products, strengthen brand awareness in the Italian market, and attract new consumers, without slowing its growth abroad. Planned initiatives also include the launch of a new advertising campaign, continued investments in biodiversity protection, and new educational projects for younger generations.
"2025 was a particularly important year," commented CEO Giorgio Arestia, "because it combined solid financial results with a significant milestone like the brand's twenty-fifth anniversary. Revenue growth confirms the group's ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment. We will continue to invest in our integrated supply chain, production development, and international expansion, keeping quality, innovation, and supply chain control at our core."
