Delverde is expanding its reach and entering the savory snacking segment with Krokkis, a range of crispy pastries comprising two lines and six products. This move brings the brand into a category that exceeded €67 million in revenue in 2025, representing a 24,6% growth over the previous year.

The launch aims to tap into two trends currently driving the market: the pursuit of flavor, variety, and new textures, and a greater focus on composition and ingredients. In this context, Delverde is seeking to differentiate its offering by focusing on both the sensory profile and nutritional positioning.

The most innovative part of the project is Krokkis Supersfoglie, three recipes inspired by the world of superfoods. The recipes combine turmeric and ginger with yellow lentil flour and sage; blueberry peel flour and rosemary; and hemp flour, paprika, and oregano.

The pastries are baked in the oven, palm oil-free, and packaged in 150-gram recyclable paper packs. The different colors and flavor profiles are designed to increase shelf impact and address a more experimental consumer segment, focused on snacking, aperitifs, and pairings with sauces and other ingredients.

This line is complemented by Krokkis Le Sfoglie Sfiziose, with its Classic, Whole Wheat, and Seed variants. This more accessible offering focuses on simple and versatile recipes, suitable for both plain consumption and dipping.
