Fileni closed 2025 with double-digit growth and combined its financial results with further advancements in its people-focused policies. The Fileni Platform, comprised of the Group and the company Carnj, has obtained UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification for gender equality, extended to all 11 participating companies.

The process included the establishment of a Steering Committee and a Gender Equality Team, the updating of HR procedures, and the introduction of a policy against harassment and discrimination. A platform for anonymous reporting was also activated, and indicators for selection, career progression, and compensation were defined and monitored annually.

The certification comes within an organization characterized by strong internal diversity, with employees representing approximately 50 nationalities. The next step will be the development of a three-year JEDI plan, dedicated to justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion.

On the industrial front, the Group achieved consolidated revenues of €680 million, an 11% increase compared to €612 million in 2024. EBITDA rose from €30 million to approximately €35 million, supported by positive demand trends, the Group's presence in higher value-added segments, and efficiency improvements.

The poultry division remains the main driver of the business. From May 2025, all own-brand chicken products will adopt the European Chicken Commitment criteria, which include slower-growing breeds, lower stocking densities, natural light, environmental enrichments, and third-party verification.

Positive performances were also recorded by the organic eggs, feed, and red meat divisions. Over the course of the year, Fileni allocated over €20 million to investments in technological innovation and supply chain sustainability.

The results demonstrate a strategy that seeks to integrate economic growth, product differentiation, and social responsibility. For Fileni, sustainability thus takes on an industrial function: it supports product positioning, guides investments, and becomes part of people management processes.
