Franuí expands its offering in the frozen dessert segment with the debut of Franuí Gold, a new product that joins the existing range, focusing on an unprecedented combination of strawberry and premium chocolate.
The new creation features a strawberry heart covered in a double layer of chocolate: white chocolate and caramel, a combination designed to enhance the contrast between the sweetness of the fruit and the more intense notes of the chocolate.
With this launch, the brand introduces two innovative elements compared to the existing range. First, the main fruit is changed from the traditional raspberry to strawberry, and second, it introduces caramel chocolate as a new outer coating.
The product is made exclusively with natural raw materials and is gluten-free, characteristics that respond to the growing consumer interest in selected ingredients and products suitable for different dietary needs.
To achieve the ideal consistency and fully appreciate its sensory profile, the company suggests removing the package from the freezer and waiting about twenty minutes before consuming.
The launch also represents a significant industrial milestone. Franuí Gold is the brand's first product made entirely at the Valencia, Spain, plant, thus strengthening the company's manufacturing presence in Europe.
The brand's origins are rooted in the history of the Fenoglio family, who left Piedmont and moved to Patagonia, where they developed a business that combined the tradition of Italian chocolate making with South American raw materials. Over ten years ago, the Rapanui company launched the idea of covering fresh fruit in premium chocolate, giving rise to a segment that now reaches consumers in over sixty countries.
With Franuí Gold, the brand continues its expansion of its offering, introducing a new product that aims to enrich the frozen food sector with a product designed both as a snack and as a dessert to share.
