At Tuttofood, he didn't just present speck. He presented a story. That of Moser, a company founded in 1974 by founder Adolf Moser and his brother Walter Moser, and now in its third generation, where every family role has become a corporate function, and every function is still, first and foremost, a responsibility toward a shared legacy. This growth has never broken the original thread, but has transformed it into a structure: from production to sales management, from marketing to purchasing, the company continues to function as a single entity, where tradition is not memory, but a daily working method.
“It's not just speck. It's our history, our family, our way of doing business.” said Stephanie Moser, Head of Marketing. “Every product is born from a recipe that has been handed down for generations and from knowledge that belongs to our territory.”
An identity that finds its ultimate expression in Speck Gran Riserva, the company's flagship product: 100% Italian pork, hand-cured with spices according to a traditional recipe, slowly cold-smoking, and aged for over 30 weeks. A process that enhances rather than accelerates time. Alongside its premium range, Moser brings a concrete vision of contemporary consumption to the trade fair with its ready-to-eat Speck Alto Adige PGI lines: sticks, cubes, shredded meat, and tapas. Four formats designed for an increasingly dynamic audience, where quality must meet uncompromising convenience.
“We have developed products that respond to new lifestyles,” explains Matthias Philipp Moser, Manager of Sales. "Today's consumers seek immediacy, but don't want to sacrifice quality. Our convenience formats are born from this very balance."
The commercial strategy reflects a solid and diversified structure: large-scale retail and discount stores are the main distribution channels, while the international push is growing steadily. The United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, France, and Poland outline a geographical expansion that confirms the company's global vocation.
“We see particular potential in Poland, a growing market where purchasing power is changing rapidly,” adds Moser.
But the product remains at the heart of everything. Speck Alto Adige PGI, a symbol of a balance between Italian culture and Nordic tradition, crafted with select meats, salt, spices, and delicately smoked over beech wood. An excellence that is not just a culinary achievement, but a recognized territorial identity.
At Tuttofood, the outcome was a vibrant and concrete presence: meetings, new contacts, and a significant confirmation of the company's ability to engage with diverse markets. After a slow start, the fair restored energy and prospects. For Moser, the future isn't a break with the past, but its natural evolution. A continuity that is called family, territory, and quality. And today, increasingly, it speaks an international language.
