Paglieri presents its fourth Sustainability Report, closing 2025 with financial results in line with the previous year and a development program that integrates people, innovation, production, and the local community. The group has focused its efforts on internally managing the supply chain, from product formulation to packaging, and on strengthening corporate competencies.

The workforce reached 196, 6,5% more than in 2024. Over 4.500 hours of training were provided during the year, accompanied by programs dedicated to welfare, safety, and employee engagement.

The industrial strategy is guided by the "Future Vision" program. Projects completed include the completion of the cosmetics mixing department, the insourcing of new production lines, and the installation of a 440 kWp photovoltaic system. The group also uses electricity exclusively from renewable sources.

On the environmental front, direct Scope 1 emissions decreased by 7% compared to the previous year, reaching 861,55 metric tons of CO₂. Location-based Scope 2 emissions amounted to approximately 1.804 metric tons.

Product innovation remains one of the key competitive levers. In 2025, Paglieri developed 123 new formulations, while simultaneously continuing its work on reducing plastic, using recycled materials, and progressively eliminating intentionally added microplastics.

"Azzurra," the group's first AI Fragrance Ambassador, also fits into this journey. The project uses artificial intelligence to reinterpret Paglieri's olfactory heritage and strengthen the dialogue between brand, product, and consumers.

The connection with Alessandria remains central. In 2025, the group renewed its collaborations with the Umberto Veronesi Foundation, the "Strength and Smile" project, the Municipality, and several local cultural and educational organizations. The initiatives also involve universities, students, and the High School of Perfumery, with the aim of supporting skills and professional supply chains linked to Made in Italy.
