Pellini Caffè has announced a new management structure, appointing Giorgio Molinari as General Manager and ushering in a new phase of industrial and commercial development. This appointment is part of a process of strengthening governance and organizational consolidation, essential to the execution of the 2025–2028 strategic plan. Molinari brings over 25 years of experience in multinational and entrepreneurial environments, with cross-functional skills ranging from Sales and Trade Marketing to Marketing and Finance. This profile is designed to guide the company through a phase of structured growth and increased market presence.

His appointment follows an internal evolution process that encompassed the organizational structure, planning, and business model. This process has enabled the company to reach 2025 with a more solid and growth-oriented structure. In terms of results, Pellini has exceeded 5,9 million kilograms of branded sales, confirming the brand's resilience and ability to generate value across various channels, in line with its strategic objectives.

"Over the past two years, we've undergone a profound transformation, from rebranding to internal reorganization," emphasizes Beatrice Pellini, Board Member and Marketing Director. "EIM's consulting services, with the direct support of Silvia Granocchia, have allowed us to accelerate these changes. In this context, Molinari represents the ideal candidate for ambitious and effective governance." Molinari himself emphasizes the importance of the upcoming phase: "The goal is to strengthen our presence in Italian and international markets, leveraging the foundations built in recent years and guiding the company toward sustainable and innovative growth."

The three-year period 2023–2025 represented a crucial phase for Pellini, with changes to its management structure, processes, and planning, as well as significant branding efforts. The rebranding included a new logo, an updated visual identity, and packaging redesigned with a sustainable focus, featuring single-material solutions and more flexible formats. At the same time, the company revised its Horeca ranges, strengthened its presence in Northern European markets, and improved industrial efficiency by optimizing its production lines.

Pellini's 2028 plan builds on this foundation, aiming for primarily organic growth. In Italy, the focus remains on the HoReCa channel, with greater direct coverage and regional partnerships, while in large-scale retail trade the goal is to expand distribution and develop new products, including in the single-serve segment. Internationally, the strategy calls for consolidating current markets and opening new areas, supported by marketing investments to strengthen brand recognition. With its new governance structure, Pellini Caffè is positioned to embark on a more structured development phase, maintaining its presence in the premium segment and leveraging over a century of roasting tradition.
