With the arrival of spring and the resurgence of consumption linked to the cooler, lighter seasons, Latteria Vipiteno is strengthening its presence in the premium segment with the launch of its new Organic Whole Milk Hay Yogurt Lactose-Free with Lemon, expanding a line that captures the trends of well-being, naturalness, and sustainability.

This innovation is part of a strategy to enhance the value of South Tyrolean organic hay milk, a distinctive feature of the cooperative and a competitive advantage in a market where the origin of the raw material and a controlled supply chain are increasingly decisive drivers of purchasing decisions. The hay milk comes from select farms, with cows fed exclusively on fresh forage and natural hay, without silage, ensuring a recognizable organoleptic profile and quality consistent with its high-end positioning.

The new Lemon flavor combines the signature creaminess of Vipiteno yogurt with fresh, balanced citrus notes, meeting the demand for fruity yet not overly sweet products, suitable for consumption throughout the day. The dense, compact texture, a defining feature of the brand, remains central to the consumer experience and reinforces the perception of craftsmanship and meticulous production.

Nutritionally, the product contains less than 0,01% lactose, making it suitable for both lactose-intolerant consumers and those seeking greater digestibility without sacrificing taste and creaminess. In a context where the lactose-free segment continues to show positive trends on the shelf, the addition of an organic and hay milk-based product strengthens the average value of the sector.

The new product completes an already comprehensive range that includes whole white, raspberry, and caramel varieties, offering large-scale retailers a coherent and distinctive assortment in the refrigerated section, capable of covering multiple consumption moments and target audiences.

In terms of packaging, the 150-gram size comes in a 100% recyclable glass jar with a resealable cap, a choice that reinforces the company's sustainable positioning and helps elevate its premium perception on the shelf. Glass, in addition to ensuring better product preservation, represents a distinctive element in terms of visual impact and environmental responsibility.

Distributed in major supermarkets, the new Organic Whole Milk Yogurt with Lemon Lactose Free is designed to support the spring-summer rotation of the yogurt sector, attracting consumers who are attentive to ingredients, origin, and nutritional values.
