Acqua Sant'Anna has established a new corporate and organizational structure following the passing of Dr. Alberto Bertone, the entrepreneur who led the company for decades, helping to build its success and position it among the leading players in the Italian mineral water market. The company has announced a reorganization of its governance structure with the aim of ensuring management continuity, strategic stability, and further boosting the group's industrial and commercial development.

The Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Fabrizio Bertone as Chairman and Luca Cheri as CEO, establishing a management structure designed to support the company's next phase of growth. At the same time, the board has been expanded with the arrival of Filippo Bertone and Giuseppe Bertone, members of the third generation of the founding family, strengthening the link between governance and entrepreneurial continuity.

The new corporate structure comes at a symbolic moment for the group, which in 2026 celebrates thirty years of activity, a milestone that marks the evolution of an industrial project that has become a benchmark in the Italian mineral water sector. Over the years, Acqua Sant'Anna has consolidated its market presence thanks to a strategy based on product innovation, industrial investments, and attention to the quality of its sources, elements that have helped strengthen its competitiveness in both large-scale retail and the HoReCa channel.

The new governance structure aims to continue along the path established by the previous entrepreneurial leadership, while also enhancing the contribution of the younger generations and strengthening the management structure. "We embrace Alberto Bertone's professional and personal legacy with great respect and a sense of responsibility. Our commitment is to continue the company's development by enhancing the principles that have guided its growth: people, product quality, innovation, and sustainability," stated Luca Cheri, CEO of Acqua Sant'Anna.

The new organizational structure therefore represents an important step in further consolidating the company's position in the mineral water market and seizing future development opportunities in an ever-evolving competitive landscape. With this reorganization, Acqua Sant'Anna confirms its industrial strength and its commitment to continuing to be a reliable partner for customers, suppliers, and employees, while maintaining a long-term focus on sustainable growth.
