Ar.pa Lieviti, a company specializing in the production of yeasts and ingredients for professional baking and pastry making, continues to grow. In the first nine months of 2025, the Bologna-based company reported total revenues of €4,4 million, a 12% increase compared to the same period in 2024.
Total costs amounted to €3,7 million, generating a statutory profit of €714 and a net operating margin of 16,2%, a significant improvement over the previous year. This performance reflects a solid and balanced performance across the various sales channels, from on-trade to retail, from professional channels to e-commerce, which continues to experience double-digit growth.
"The double-digit growth we're experiencing is the result of a clear strategy and a team that deeply believes in the company's values," comments Carla Gherardi, President of Ar.pa Lieviti. "These numbers confirm the solidity of our business model, which is capable of generating strong performance across all channels where we operate, from the HoReCa and professional sectors, to e-commerce and some large-scale retail chains."
2025 thus represents a year of further competitive consolidation for Ar.pa, supported by investments in quality, product innovation, and the digitalization of commercial processes.
