“What sets us apart in the market is 'The Croissant'”, without hesitation Luca Bonelli, Sales Director of Dolciaria Orsobianco, frames a company that has made this specialty its core business. Founded in 1992 in Villar San Costanzo in Piedmont, Orsobianco Confectionery it has evolved while remaining faithful to an artisanal manufacturing process that finds a balance with innovation and production capacity, allowing the company to be present on multiple distribution channels with its ambient and frozen products.

What are the main lines of Orsobianco?

We essentially have two lines in the croissant segment: the Essence line, that is, the historical one and of which we have recently changed the packaging and improved the recipe, and the Harmony line.

So a new line in your catalogue…

Yes, the Armonia line is a new entry in our offer and is divided into two main variants: “stone-ground flour” and “ancient cereals”, both in packs of 6 pieces. The references that enrich the line are croissants, braids and bundles, all made with different ingredients such as apricot and cocoa, to meet the classic and genuine tastes of the consumer.

For Orsobianco, craftsmanship is an essential factor. And innovation?

Innovation is important for our company and for our future. But even more important for the creation of our croissants is the balance between innovation and craftsmanship, a combination that is not always easy, but in which we firmly believe. We try to always keep up with our times, while maintaining the taste, timing and some procedures characteristic of small bakeries.
