Duccio Smash Meat Sushi opens at Turin its second location and brings to the Piedmontese capital an urban dining format that combines international flavors, design, and authenticity. After the experience in Florence, the brand continues its development thanks to the recent acquisition by 72 Holdings, chaired by the entrepreneur John Peluso.

The new store opens at Via Principe Amedeo 38B and offers a simple yet high-quality menu, based on select ingredients and a respect for the gastronomic cultures that inspire it. At the heart of the project is a deliberate blend of smash burgers and meat sushi, two seemingly distant worlds that converge in a coherent and recognizable offering.

The choice is radical: only two products on the menu, to concentrate research, quality and the format's identity.
Duccio Smash Meat Sushi is not just a contemporary gastronomic experience, but also a place for socializing and sharing, conceived as a space for meeting and connecting. The design also reflects this vision: the pink color evokes the texture of meat, while the dense white tiles visually evoke rice, taking customers on an imaginary journey through flavor.
The restaurant thus takes on the form of a true “Travelers’ Home,” where each dish becomes a stop on an unconventional culinary journey.

"Duccio Smash Meat Sushi was born from the desire to create a space capable of fostering authentic connections between people, cultures, and flavors," explains Duccio Conti, co-founder of the brand. "For us, every opening represents a moment of growth and awareness, strengthening a format that combines sociality and a gastronomic experience." The project was born from the meeting between Duccio Conti and Lorenzo Corsi, supported by Fabio Iacuzzo, and has been strengthened with the arrival of Peluso, expanding the entrepreneurial scope in the food sector.
"We decided to invest in a young project with very clear ideas, capable of offering an experience that goes beyond a simple meal," concludes Peluso. The official opening is scheduled for Saturday, January 31st, at 17:30 PM, with an opening party and DJ set.
