Eataly opened its first location in New Jersey a few days ago, located at the Short Hills Mall. This new store represents a major expansion for the brand, known for its concept that combines restaurants, cafes and grocery stores.
Eataly Short Hills extends over 1600 square meters and includes a restaurant with 230 seats, several quick food outlets and a retail section dedicated to Italian food products and household items.
The restaurant offers a variety of typical Italian dishes and Neapolitan pizzas. Guests can also choose from over 100 wine labels from all regions of Italy. The location includes various service points offering coffee, pastries, gelato and sandwiches, making the dining experience accessible even for those on the go.
The opening marks not only Eataly’s debut in New Jersey, but also the brand’s first true suburban location, having previously opened stores primarily in urban areas like New York and Chicago.
Eataly Short Hills aims to offer an authentic and immersive culinary experience, combining the market with restaurants and educational opportunities on Italian cuisine, thus helping to meet the growing demand for Italian food products in the country.
