The Board of Directors of Enervit SpA approved the 2024 consolidated financial statements, highlighting significant growth in the main financial indicators. The group's revenues reached 96,7 million euros, with an increase of 13,3% compared to 85,4 million in 2023.
EBITDA increased by 7,2% to 9,5 million euros, while EBIT increased by 11,9% to 5,5 million euros. Net profit increased by 3% to 4,1 million euros. The improvement in Net Financial Position was also significant, going from -0,2 million to +1,0 million euros.
The Italian market recorded an increase of 11,5%, representing 77,6% of total revenues, while foreign markets saw a growth of 22,5%. The direct sales channel, driven by online, recorded a +29,2%.
The Board of Directors has proposed a dividend of 0,16 euros per share, to be paid from 21 May 2025. The Shareholders' Meeting is called for 28 April 2025. “The results confirm the solidity of our business model and the constant growth in the functional nutrition sector”, declared the Board of Directors of Enervit.
