Fabbri Vignola Group has announced the acquisition of 100% of GF Packaging España, a company that has been active in the food packaging sector for over forty years. The Iberian company, which exclusively distributes Fabbri products in Spain, North Africa and South America, officially becomes part of the Modena-based group, strengthening its commercial and operational presence at an international level.
Founded and led by Manel and Joan Flotats, GF Packaging España offers integrated packaging solutions, including tray sealers, thermoformers and vacuum systems. The two entrepreneurs will remain in the management to accompany future growth plans.
For Fabbri Vignola, the operation further consolidates the European branch network and opens up new opportunities in emerging markets outside Europe. “In an uncertain context, we confirm our strategy based on sustainability, innovation and solid partnerships,” said CEO Stefano Pellegatta, also underlining the support of the Argos Wityu fund. According to the Flotats, joining Gruppo Fabbri represents an opportunity to strengthen the offer and further improve customer service.
