The 100% buffalo milk Burrata and the Buffalo Caramel won over the jury of over 200 experts including starred chefs and sommeliers.
The 100% buffalo milk Burrata scored over 90%, being awarded as an “exceptional product” thanks to its creaminess, impeccable white color and artisanal flavor. The Caramella di Bufala, recognized as a “remarkable product,” scored over 80%, appreciated for its perfect balance between flavor and texture.
