dm Italia enjoyed a strong fiscal year, closing the year with revenue of €252 million, a 26,4% increase over the previous year, and with growing business indicators across the board. The drugstore thus consolidates its position in the Italian beauty, personal care, and home market, supported by a continuously growing omnichannel model.

The numbers confirm the growing customer base and solid in-store traffic: over 16 million receipts issued (+24,3%) and more than 81 million products sold (+29,3%). At the same time, the digital channel saw a 46% increase in online orders, while the "my dm" app surpassed 830 downloads in a single year, bringing over 1 million users to the "dm loyalty" program.

The physical network now boasts 92 stores in Italy and a total workforce of 1.036, 85% of whom are women. "These results demonstrate the strength of our strategy and the growing appreciation of the digital marketing model," says CEO Benjamin Schneider, emphasizing the central role of integrating e-commerce and stores.

The dm Group is also growing internationally: revenues rise to €19,2 billion (+8,2%), with over 93.400 employees and 4.189 stores. In Italy, a major boost comes from private label sales, which generates approximately 30% of revenues thanks to 28 proprietary brands such as Balea, alverde, Denkmit, and dmBio.

On the services front, 2025 saw the launch of dm babybonus, a program dedicated to new parents, and the introduction of self-service lockers for automated order pickup. In logistics, dm Italia moved its warehouse to a new 18.000-square-meter facility in Nogarole Rocca and is participating in the development of the new automated distribution center in Kronstorf.

The year also saw the release of the Group's first international Sustainability Report, which addresses goals such as climate neutrality by 2045, reducing packaging materials, and increasing energy from renewable sources. In Italy, 12 photovoltaic systems are installed, contributing to the Group's total energy production in Europe, totaling over 4,8 million kWh.

Alongside environmental sustainability, social initiatives continue: the “Il Petalo Bianco” project in Milan, the “Menstruations are not a luxury” campaign, support for Spazi Vera with FARE X BENE and participation in the Baby Kit of the Municipality of Genoa.

"Sustainable growth, focusing on people, remains our primary objective," Schneider concludes. "Innovation, dialogue, and social responsibility will continue to guide our development in the Italian market."
