Fiere di Parma closed 2025 with consolidated revenues exceeding €55 million, up 22% from the €45 million recorded in the previous year. EBITDA exceeded €14 million, while net profit showed a significant improvement compared to 2024. Further strengthening the situation is a positive net financial position, providing the company with €35 million in liquidity to support its next investment cycle.

The shareholders' meeting approved the 2025 financial statements and confirmed its confidence in the current Board of Directors for the next three years. This decision represents a clear mandate to continue the development path initiated in recent years, which has positioned Fiere di Parma among the most solid and profitable organizations in the international trade fair landscape.

Based on the results achieved, the industrial plan is confirmed, which forecasts revenues of 65 million euros for 2026, an EBITDA of approximately 18 million, and 30 million euros in investments in infrastructure and acquisitions by 2030.

"The 2025 results confirm the consistency of our business model, based on organic growth and development through strategic alliances," says Antonio Cellie, CEO of Fiere di Parma. "Having more than doubled revenue and EBITDA compared to the pre-Covid period, accumulated €35 million in liquidity for the next investment cycle, and attracted and nurtured numerous talents, is not a point of arrival, but rather an incentive to persist on this trajectory."

A trajectory that focuses on strategic partnerships, acquisitions, targeted investments, and the internationalization of formats. For Fiere di Parma, the role of trade fairs isn't limited to the days of the event itself, but extends to their ability to generate revenue, foster business relationships, and consistently attract international operators to the region.

To support on-site growth, the Board of Directors has approved the acquisition of over 200 square meters of land to the east and south of the exhibition center, along with the construction of a new 17 square meter multifunctional pavilion. This project addresses a need that has already emerged during the current trade fair cycle: the saturation of existing spaces for the most popular events.

The new pavilion will expand the capacity for high-potential events, while also offering greater organizational flexibility for large-scale and medium-sized events with complex logistical requirements.

At the same time, Fiere di Parma is looking at external growth. The company is evaluating a dozen M&A transactions, focusing on both the traditional trade fair sector and the digital space, both in Italy and abroad. Its stated approach is a federative one: not simply asset acquisitions, but the integration of businesses and the teams that lead them, within a shared development framework.

The group's strengthening comes amid a period of strong momentum for the agri-food trade fair system. Fiere di Parma is preparing to close Tuttofood with an increase in attendance of over 30%, many of which came from abroad. This figure confirms the event's growing international profile and the increasingly central role of the Parma-Milan platform in the global food and beverage system.
