The historic Modena-based company FINI is expanding its range of lactose-free filled fresh pasta with a new offering that combines innovation and tradition. Girasoli Robiola and Speck will debut in stores in October 2025, designed to meet the growing demand for inclusive, quality products.
Following the successful launch in February, which included lactose-free tortellini and ravioli, FINI is relaunching with a bold recipe. The choice of a lactose-free cheese, highly appreciated by the market, and the pairing with speck, a cured meat that's enjoying a strong uptick, create a rich and original flavor.
The new Girasoli format, available in a 250-gram pack, maintains the same standards as always: 100% Italian flour and eggs, free-range eggs, and packaging consistent with the rest of the range. This new product joins three products already in distribution: Tortellini with Prosciutto Crudo, Ravioli with Ricotta and Spinach, and Ravioli with Mozzarella and Tomato, all strictly lactose-free.
With over 100 employees, FINI continues to combine tradition and innovation, offering concrete solutions to a need that affects approximately 50% of Italians: lactose intolerance. "Our goal," the company emphasizes, "is to allow everyone to enjoy the pleasure of good fresh pasta, without sacrificing taste or quality."
