The Arneg Group, a global reference point in commercial refrigeration, announces the entry of Frigomeccanica Srl, an Abruzzo-based company specializing in furnishing solutions for ice cream parlors, pastry shops, bars, and bakeries. This acquisition strengthens the Group's leadership in the food and retail sectors, focusing on quality, innovation, and Italian design. Operating on the international market with the Frigomeccanica, Stiltek, Officine 900, and Sifa brands, the Teramo-based company brings a long tradition of craftsmanship and a strong focus on technology, elements fully aligned with the Arneg philosophy.

His brother Daniele Marzaro, CEO of the foreign subsidiaries, emphasized how this alliance strengthens the Group's ability to offer customized and flexible solutions globally.

The transaction received legal and financial support from specialized firms on both sides, with the Unigrains and Invitalia funds among the sellers.
