Kraft Heinz confirms quarterly dividend and prepares for separation into two companies

The Kraft Heinz Company, a leading global food and beverage group, announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0,40 per common share, payable on December 26, 2025 to shareholders registered as of the date of November 28, 2025.

The decision comes in a context of quarterly results down: In the third quarter of 2025, the FMCG giant recorded a Net sales decline of 2,3%, About 4,69 billion pounds, while the 'adjusted operating profit it went down 16,9 %, settling around 0,83 billion poundsPerformances were penalized by inflationary pressures on production costs and from lower sales in the coffee, cured meats, frozen snacks and condiments segments.

The CEO Carlos Abrams-Rivera commented that “Third quarter results reflect an improvement over the first half of the year, supported by the targeted investments we are making to offer consumers superior and accessible products, in a still complex operating environment". The company also revised its forecasts downwards for the fiscal year, now estimating a organic sales decline of between 3% and 3,5% (against a previous estimate of between -1,5% and -3,5%) and a adjusted operating profit decline between 10% and 12% compared to 2024.

At the same time, Kraft Heinz continues its path of strategic transformation which will bring, in the second half of the 2026, split into two independent companies: one focused on shelf-stable foods and the other dedicated to the iconic snacks of the US market.

"I am confident that the separation will allow us to better focus resources, improve execution and reduce complexity., laying the foundation for stronger and more sustainable growth in the long term,” added Abrams-Rivera. With net revenues of approximately $26 billion in 2024, the group aims to strengthen its global competitiveness and enhance a portfolio made up of historic brands such as Heinz, Kraft, Philadelphia and Capri Sun, combining industrial scale, operational agility and a focus on sustainability. Confirming the quarterly dividend, despite the challenging environment, represents a sign of confidence in financial solidity of the group and in its ability to generate lasting value for shareholders.
