MartinoRossi, a leading company in the production of flours, semi-finished products, functional ingredients and plant-based products free from gluten, allergens and GMOs derived from cereals and legumes grown in a controlled supply chain, is a partner of the second edition of Ideas2Grow. This project, promoted by Intesa Sanpaolo and organized with Talent Garden, aims to encourage employment through self-entrepreneurship.
Ideas2Grow offers young people under 35, with innovative ideas for the agricultural sector in the provinces of Pavia, Brescia, Cremona, Lodi and Mantua, the opportunity to participate in the Agritech master of Talent Garden, entirely financed by Intesa Sanpaolo. This program provides all the tools necessary to develop innovative business ideas in the Agritech sector.
Martino Rossi, based in Malagnino (CR), will contribute as a partner by providing its know-how and technical skills in the agricultural sector are available, supporting the various phases of the initiative: from the selection of the most promising ideas to active participation in the events organized to realize the projects.
The company is at the forefront of developing new technologies and sustainable agronomic techniques. An example is Agrifuture, a 30-hectare experimental farm near the headquarters in Malagnino, dedicated to the research and development of new varieties, technologies and innovative agronomic practices to obtain sustainable and high-quality agricultural production.
