Maximall Pompeii opens to the public on Saturday 14 December in Torre Annunziata (NA), the ambitious project by Irgen RE Group, which with a GLA of 50.000 m200 aims to become the largest experiential shopping centre in Southern Italy: an investment of over 1.500 million euros with the aim of regenerating the area and producing wealth for the community and the territory. In fact, around XNUMX hires are already planned, not counting the creation of new jobs deriving from infrastructure, activities and services not directly linked to the structure.
The project also marks the debut in Italy of the low-cost label Lefties, the flagship brand of the Spanish group Inditex, now a brand in its own right that offers a range of jeans, clothes and accessories at accessible prices.
Numerous other Italian and international fashion and non-fashion brands wanted to be present: Mondadori Bookstore, Hamleys, Tommy Hilfiger, Victoria's Secret, Nike, Max&Co, Calvin Klein, Patrizia Pepe, Marella just to name a few.
The food offering is also rich, ranging from local excellences such as Mennella, Gino Sorbillo, Casa Caldarelli and Michele Express to national and international brands such as Starbucks, KFC, Mc Donald's, Poke House, la Padineria and Signorvino.
Maximall Pompeii, which will be built 600 meters from the Pompeii excavations, will present all the characteristics of the most modern and innovative shopping centers, in a hybridization of the asset where the main factors of attraction interact: tourism, leisure, free time, shopping, food & beverage, entertainment and edutainment. But also history and culture: if the name of the project in fact implies the close relationship with the ancient excavations, destination of over 4.5 million tourists every year, the position it occupies highlights the potential to intercept the flows of the entire surrounding area, which goes from Naples to the Sorrento coast, with a forecast of annual visitors that in Campania (and in the South) has no equal. Furthermore, the shopping center is only 3 km from the Sanctuary of the Blessed Virgin Mary of the Holy Rosary of Pompeii, an international destination for religious tourism that records approximately 2,5 million visitors per year.
The complex extends over an area of 200.000 m50.000 of which approximately 170 are covered, and hosts, in addition to numerous distinctive services, approximately 140 national and international brands (30 store units and 4 food units) distributed over two levels, among which it is possible to walk with the sensation of being totally outdoors thanks to the roof made entirely of glass. The complex will also include a 135-star Moxy hotel (Marriott Group) with 1.000 rooms; a 7-seat auditorium, a cinema with 3.000 screens, a conference room covering approximately 30 m3.000 in total; 6.500 restaurants distributed over 25 m800; an external amphitheatre-square for events of 3.300 m30 where you can admire every day the breathtaking spectacle offered by the dancing fountain whose jet exceeds 50.000 m in height; a second internal multimedia square of 6.000 mXNUMX; a parking lot with XNUMX spaces for cars and XNUMX tourist buses. Furthermore, in a logic of redevelopment of the area in an eco-sustainable way, Maximall Pompeii offers a green park equipped and open to the public of XNUMX square meters and an unprecedented coverage of XNUMX square meters, on which it is possible to jog and enjoy moments of relaxation while admiring the enchanting view of the Gulf of Naples.
