Nestlé Group in Italy has appointed Claire Caulliez as the new NIM (Nestlé in the Market) Head of Finance & Control Italy and Malta starting in May 2024. Claire will replace Massimo Ferro, who has been appointed NIM (Nestlé in the Market) Corporate Strategy Director.
Claire Caulliez began her career at Nestlé in 2012 in Dubai, after thirteen years of experience as an auditor at a leading international accounting and consulting firm in Paris, Rome and Brussels. During her career at Nestlé, Claire held several senior finance roles in the MENA region, becoming Finance & Control Transformation Lead for the Europe Zone in 2021.
Her determination, her ability to understand and interpret the business, her passion, as well as her result-oriented and at the same time people-focused approach, are her strengths, which have allowed her to play a crucial role in increasing Finance expertise within the Europe Zone and the MENA area.
In her new role, Claire will lead a team of 120 professionals, bringing her extensive knowledge of finance to the table, which is essential to achieving the company’s objectives in the Italian and Maltese markets. Claire will report to Marco Travaglia, President and CEO of Nestlé Group in Italy.
During her professional career, Claire spent three years in Italy, during which she acquired a fluent knowledge of the Italian language.
Claire Caulliez, 47 years old, born in Paris, graduated in Business Administration from NEOMA Business School and Chartered Accountant in France, is married with 3 children.
