Nomad Foods prepares succession: Brisby will lead Findus and Birds Eye after ten years of Descheemaeker's leadership.

Nomad Foods Limited, a European frozen food leader with brands including Birds Eye, Findus and Iglo, has announced the appointment of Dominic Brisby like New Executive President, Chief Executive Officer-Elect and member of the Board of Directors, effective from 3th November 2025Brisby will join the current CEO Stéfan Descheemaeker during the transition period, until his retirement scheduled for the January 1, 2026, when he will officially take over the leadership of the group.

A veteran consumer goods executive, Brisby comes from Flora Food Group, where he served as President of North America and Europe, leading the business to market share peaks and revitalizing brands through innovation and profitable growth plans. Previously, he was Interim Co-CEO di Imperial Brands, distinguishing itself by relaunching performance in the United States. Descheemaeker, who has led Nomad Foods since its founding in 2015, will continue to serve on the Board of Directors as Non-Executive Director. Under his leadership, the company recorded nine consecutive years of growth in revenue and operating margins, with earnings per share more than doubling between 2016 and 2025.

"We have built a world leader in the frozen savory sector,” said Descheemaeker. “After ten years, it's the right time to pass the baton to new leadership.” The co-president and founder Noam Gottesman expressed “deep gratitude” for the work done by the outgoing CEO and confidence in the appointment of Brisby, “a leader with strategic vision and strong management discipline.”
