The positive balance sheet result achieved by Nova Coop in the 2023 management, with the achievement of the pre-established corporate objectives relating to productivity and profitability, has allowed the variable collective salary to be paid again this year, in addition to the individual bonus system.
The bonuses, for a total value of more than 6 million euros, were paid to all 4.600 employees with the May salary, according to the methods set out in the collective agreements. For the collective variable salary portion, a full-time level IV employee was able to benefit from a bonus with an average value of 735 euros, 89 euros higher than that recognized in the previous financial year.
Nova Coop closed the 2023 management reporting a net profit of 28,39 million euros.
