The new arrival in the refrigerated section are the famous Anchovies in Sauce, a symbol of Italian gastronomy and the company's most iconic product, known for the sauce that has characterized its uniqueness since 1906.
The refrigerated counter variant stands out from the traditional gold tin version for its 25% less salt, perfect for those who follow a healthy diet without sacrificing taste. Furthermore, it is packaged in completely recyclable trays, made with 70% regenerated plastic, the result of careful research and constant qualitative analysis.
This product represents the first reference of Anchovies in Salsa Rizzoli caught in the Cantabrian Sea with MSC – Marine Stewardship Council certification, which guarantees sustainable fishing practices and the protection of marine ecosystems.
