San Benedetto will participate in the Summer Eco Tour 2024, a traveling event that will cross the most suggestive beaches in Italy to promote environmental sustainability and separate waste collection. The initiative, characterized by activities aimed at raising public awareness on crucial issues such as respect for nature.
The tour will start on July 6-7 in Andora, then continue on July 20-21 in Sant'Agnello, on August 3-4 in Cervia and conclude on August 10-11 in Lido di Camaiore, on the Tuscan coast. The focus of the event will be the promotion of separate waste collection, with an area dedicated to training that will highlight the importance of proper waste disposal for the protection of the environment, the territory and wildlife.
In addition to training, the village will host a play area with objects made from reused materials, thus promoting the concept of the 3 Rs: Reduce, Recycle, Reuse. San Benedetto will accentuate its commitment to environmental sustainability through a large-scale installation that will explore themes such as PET recycling and other green initiatives.
During the event, various references of San Benedetto will be exhibited which will also illustrate the company's commitment to sustainability. In particular, the 100% recyclable PET and other innovations such as the Twist&Drink Cap will be highlighted, thus helping to educate the public on good environmental practices.
