The 2025 edition will be a record one for TUTTOFOOD, which for the first time will be organized by Fiere di Parma. “With less than 80 days to go until the start of the event, the numbers confirm our goal of making the event a global reference for food & beverage,” said Antonio Cellie, CEO of Fiere di Parma, during the international roadshow in Dubai.
The meeting, organized in collaboration with the Parmigiano Reggiano Consortium, highlighted the growing internationalization of Made in Italy agri-food. “Our Parmigiano Reggiano exports almost 50% of its production, with a 36% growth in sales in the Gulf Area in 2024,” said Nicola Bertinelli, President of the Consortium.
TUTTOFOOD 2025 will welcome exhibitors from all over the world, with a strong presence from Spain, Germany, Belgium, France, as well as participations from Asia and North America. Confirmed international pavilions include the Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corporation and the Egyptian Exporters Association, demonstrating the growing appeal of the fair. The dairy sector recorded a 36% increase in Italian exports to the UAE, while bakery products and beverages recorded growth of 23% and 32% respectively.
“This first edition of TUTTOFOOD Milano will be a memorable crossroads of food & beverage cultures and markets for the professionals and companies that will experience it,” said Riccardo Caravita, Food & Beverage Brand Manager of Fiere di Parma. “We are managing a surprising number of requests for participation, a sign of a strong push towards the opening of new markets and the search for more sustainable nutritional models.”
Milan will offer an immersive experience thanks to TUTTOFOOD Week, transforming the city into a hub of international agri-food business. The next appointment of the roadshow will be in Tokyo, on the occasion of Foodex (11-14 March 2025).
