Balocco expands its offerings in the rich biscuit segment with the launch of Triangolosi, a new cookie distinguished by its triangular shape and dough enriched with crunchy flakes and dark chocolate chips. This new product, presented on September 8th in Fossano, aims to offer a different breakfast experience, combining an intensely flavorful recipe with a texture specifically designed for dipping.
The main distinguishing feature is the three-cornered shape, chosen not only to make the product instantly recognizable but also to make it easier to enjoy with milk or other hot drinks. Crunchy flakes add a crunchy touch to the dough, while dark chocolate chips complete the recipe and place Triangolosi among the richest and most delicious cookies.
The packaging was also designed to highlight the product and its ingredients, with a graphic stripe identifying its membership in the Balocco range of rich biscuits. The storytelling continues from the front to the back of the bag, where an anecdote attributed to Mr. Balocco and built around the so-called "Dunking Theorem" appears.
"Side 1 + Side 2 + Side 3 = my Triangolosi!" is the formula chosen by the company to immediately and playfully summarize the identity of the new cookie. The advertising also recalls the quality of the raw materials and the pastry-making tradition of the Fossano-based company, now carried on for four generations.

"The study of the biscuit's geometry illustrates our approach to innovation: combining creativity with the passion for pastry making that has always distinguished Balocco," adds De Vivo. Triangolosi arrive in stores in two different pack sizes, designed to meet the different consumption needs of families. The standard size contains 350 grams of product, while the family pack reaches 700 grams.
