La Linea Verde closed 2025 with a growing turnover of €400 million, strengthening its position among Europe's leading operators in fresh-cut and ready-to-eat food. During the financial year, the Group sold more than 400 million packages across various categories, channels, and markets, accompanying the increase in revenue with positive financial results and significant growth in investments. EBITDA reached €34,7 million, further improving compared to the previous year, while overall profit stood at €12,6 million.

The Group's financial strength is confirmed by shareholders' equity of €80 million and a net financial position of €23,3 million, figures that allow it to support its development programs while maintaining financial stability. In 2025, investments rose to €17,6 million, a 41,8% increase compared to 2024, and were primarily allocated to industrial expansion, automation, process digitalization, and the development of new product solutions.

"The 2025 results confirm the Group's financial and financial strength and, above all, its ability to continue investing with a medium- to long-term focus," stated Franco Polotti, Chairman of the Board of Directors of La Linea Verde. According to Polotti, the increased investments and strengthening of equity demonstrate the Group's commitment to supporting its industrial and international development through a constant balance of growth, innovation, and solidity.

Approximately 50% of its turnover is currently generated in foreign markets, where La Linea Verde is gradually expanding its production and sales presence, with a particular focus on Europe and North America. In 2025, the Group launched a production model in Canada based on a collaboration with a local co-packer, simultaneously introducing a range of fresh ready meals under the DimmidiSì brand.

In the United States, the corporate and industrial foundations have been laid for the new plant in North Baltimore, Ohio, a nearly 10-square-meter facility dedicated to the production of soups and fresh dishes. The project involves an investment of approximately €15 million and the start of production in early 2027, in an area chosen for its proximity to raw materials and major consumer markets.

The goal is not simply to replicate the Italian offering, but to transfer the expertise developed in the fresh produce sector, adapting recipes, formats, and offerings to the needs of North American consumers. The work carried out during 2025 also prepared the way for the acquisitions completed in early 2026 in Belgium and France, further strengthening the Group's international profile.

"We are building an increasingly international Group, maintaining what has always distinguished us: our deep knowledge of raw materials and our ability to listen to our customers and consumers," explained CEO Domenico Battagliola. Alongside its geographic expansion, La Linea Verde is expanding its scope beyond traditional fresh-cut products, developing soups, fresh ready meals, enriched salads, chilled beverages, and other high-service solutions.

This evolution responds to consumers who continue to seek convenience and speed, but increasingly associate them with taste, freshness, variety, and quality. DimmidiSì, which celebrates its twentieth anniversary in 2026 and continues to enter new fresh food categories, supported by brand awareness that reached 86% in May 2025, according to NIQ, also fits this trend.

On the technological front, new automatic dosing lines, optical sorting systems, robots, and vision tools for finished product inspection have been introduced. The completion of the Fast Farm to Fork program, launched in 2021 to integrate Agriculture 4.0 and Industry 4.0, has resulted in an 18% reduction in water consumption and a 58% increase in self-generated energy.

The use of artificial intelligence continues with Fresh4Cast, a system used to forecast demand, improve production planning, and reduce waste, along with the partnership with Thimus for the development of new products through neuroscientific data analysis. Industrial growth is also accompanied by environmental and social commitments: in 2025, the Group voluntarily prepared a Sustainability Report in accordance with the European ESRS standards and obtained SA8000 certification for social responsibility for its Manerbio plant.
