Dalla Costa, the Treviso pasta factory specializing in the production of dry pasta, is offering something new: Fattoria 100% organic gluten-free whole grain rice characterized by fun shapes.
This pasta stands out because it has the appearance of the farm animals that compose it, including: the hen, the duck, the cow, the pig, the sheep, the horse, the tractor and the hat.
The Dalla Costa pasta factory was founded thirty-one years ago as a subcontractor for other brands and now extends into a 6 square meter plant powered by 28% photovoltaic energy (half of which is dedicated to gluten-free products and which by 2025 will become 40% powered by photovoltaic panels) in Castelminio di Resana, in the province of Treviso, has a turnover of 20 million and around eighty employees.
