TUTTOFOOD Milano 2025, scheduled from May 5 to 8 at the Rho exhibition center (MI), is considered as a transition edition with many innovations. The event, organized by Fiere di Parma in collaboration with ICE-Agenzia ( Italian Trade Agency (ITA), is a government organization that promotes the internationalization of Italian companies and supports foreign businesses in establishing relationships with Italian industries), will host over 3,000 exhibitors from 35 countries, with an expected increase in visitors to 90,000 compared to 83,000 in 2023. The show aims to strengthen its position among the leading B2B events in the European agri-food sector.
One of the key highlights is the expansion of the exhibition space, which grows from 7 to 10 halls, and the debut of an entire area dedicated to the beverage sector. This new section will feature products such as water, soft drinks, wines, beers, and spirits, including the Mixology Experience, a flagship event for the mixology sector. The pavilion will be an opportunity to explore topics such as food pairing, staff training, and the culture of responsible drinking, with increasing attention to the needs of retailers and restaurateurs.
TUTTOFOOD 2025 also places Food Service at the heart of its offering. Specialty food and artisanal micro-productions from various Italian regions, as well as international collectives, will be a distinctive feature of the event. Dedicated areas for startups will also be present, showcasing innovations and new trends for the sector.
TUTTOFOOD WEEK
Another major innovation is the TUTTOFOOD Week, which will take place across Milan downtown from May 3 to 8. The program includes conferences, show cookings, tastings, and events inspired by the theme “Feeding the Future.” This calendar of initiatives, organized in collaboration with the Mondadori Group, aims to create a B2B2C platform capable of reviving the atmosphere of Expo 2015.
TUTTOFOOD Milano thus confirms itself as a key event for the agri-food sector, integrating innovation, networking, and an international vision.
