The new edition of TUTTOFOOD Milan, the major international trade show dedicated to food professionals, is approaching and promises to be even richer in opportunities and innovations. Scheduled from May 5 to 8, 2025, at the Rho (MI) exhibition center, the event will host over 3,000 exhibitors from 35 countries, including not only key players in the sector but also numerous selected excellences, making this event an unmissable occasion.
Growing numbers and focus on international incoming
TUTTOFOOD continues to be a benchmark for the sector, with 90,000 expected attendees, up from 83,000 in the 2023 edition. A significant contribution to this increase will come from the international incoming program, developed by Fiere di Parma, the new organizer of the fair, in collaboration with ICE-Agenzia. This large-scale project aims to foster strategic meetings between exhibitors and international buyers, further cementing TUTTOFOOD’s role as a global food hub.
Specialty food and new thematic areas
Special attention will be given to Food Service operators, who will find a dedicated area focused on specialty food. Various themed sections have been designed to highlight this segment, providing professionals with an overview of the latest industry trends.
One of the main novelties of this edition is the presence of the itinerant Bellavita collective, a brand of Fiere di Parma, designed to enhance Made in Italy worldwide and promote the export of Italian food excellences. Additionally, a special area will host some of the most interesting artisan micro-productions, coming from different Italian regions, from Trentino to Sicily.
A growing international perspective
The fair’s global reach is further emphasized by the presence of national foreign collectives, which will make their debut in Milan. These collectives will offer visitors the opportunity to discover excellent products from all over the world, further enriching the exhibition and commercial experience at TUTTOFOOD 2025.
