The 2025 edition of TuttoFood will be a record-breaking one, as it will be organized for the first time by Fiere di Parma. “With less than 80 days until the event, the numbers confirm our goal of making it a global reference point for the food & beverage industry,” stated Antonio Cellie, CEO of Fiere di Parma, during the international roadshow in Dubai.

The event, organized in collaboration with the Parmigiano Reggiano Consortium, highlighted the growing internationalization of Italy’s agri-food sector. “Our Parmigiano Reggiano exports nearly 50% of its production, with a 36% increase in sales in the Gulf Region in 2024,” said Nicola Bertinelli, President of the Consortium.

TuttoFood 2025 will welcome exhibitors from all over the world, with a strong presence from Spain, Germany, Belgium, and France, as well as participants from Asia and North America. Among the confirmed international delegations are the Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corporation and the Egyptian Exporters Association, demonstrating the fair’s growing appeal. The dairy sector has recorded a 36% increase in Italian exports to the United Arab Emirates, while baked goods and beverages have seen growth of 23% and 32%, respectively.

“This first edition of TuttoFood Milano under our management will be a memorable crossroads of food & beverage cultures and markets for professionals and businesses alike,” said Riccardo Caravita, Food & Beverage Brand Manager at Fiere di Parma. “We are handling an impressive number of participation requests, a clear sign of a strong drive toward opening new markets and exploring more sustainable nutritional models.”

Milan will offer an immersive experience through TuttoFood Week, transforming the city into a hub for international agri-food business.
