Valle Fiorita, an Apulian company based in Ostuni, has established itself as a key player in the production of pizza bases and bakery products. With a strong presence in the European market, the company has demonstrated an extraordinary ability to adapt to the needs of international retailers, standing out for its personalized and high-quality products.

“The private label represents approximately 90% of our pizza base production,” General Manager Andrea Minisci explains. “It is a strategic sector, especially abroad, where the demand for Made in Italy products is continuously growing.” This highlights the crucial role of the European market for Valle Fiorita, particularly in countries like Germany and Norway, where the demand for high-quality bakery products is experiencing significant expansion.

Germany, one of the main food markets in Europe, offers extensive opportunities for bakery products. The growing attention of German consumers to artisanal and sustainable products has encouraged the adoption of wholegrain and ancient grain pizza bases, which represent a significant part of Valle Fiorita’s offerings. In this context, the company has managed to position itself as a trusted partner for German retailers thanks to the quality of its raw materials and processing methods.

“Abroad, the strength of Made in Italy is a distinctive element,” Minisci says. Products like protein pizza bases find a particularly attentive audience in Germany, where trends related to wellness and healthy eating are growing strongly. This trend is also reflected in Norway, another strategic market for Valle Fiorita.

In Norway, the company has established a significant presence, with regular shipments of a truckload of goods per week. “This is a clear signal of the success of our products in this market,” Minisci clarifies. Norway stands out for its demand for high-quality products, often oriented towards practical and packaged solutions that combine Italian tradition with modernity.

Valle Fiorita has effectively responded to these needs by adopting a modern industrial approach while respecting artisanal traditions. “We always work with natural raw materials and internal formulas, without resorting to semi-finished products. This allows us to guarantee authenticity and quality in every product”.

Looking ahead, Valle Fiorita intends to continue investing in research and development to expand its offerings and further strengthen its position in foreign markets, with a particular focus on countries like Germany and Norway.
