Riehl brings a deep understanding of the discount model and extensive international experience within the REWE Group. He joined the REWE Group in 2016 as Sales Director Discount National for PENNY in Germany, drove between 2020 and 2023 BILLA Slovakia as CEO, contributing to the operational relaunch and network expansion. Since January 2024 he has held the role of Director People & Culture at REWE International AG, where he led organizational development and cultural transformation programs.
