Fine, which acts as a “one-stop shop” for major restaurant chains, announces a strategic transaction that consolidates its leadership on the continental market.

With the addition of the Intecno Group, Spain's leading distribution network for catering equipment since 1992, Fine completes its coverage of the fourth largest European market. The Intecno Group is headquartered in Barcelona and has 60 members, as well as 70 specialized technical assistance centers. Reflecting the strategic value of the integration, the company's board of directors, chaired by Juan Carlos Pérez Hernandez, has appointed its General Manager, Francisco Soler, and Head of International Relations, Victor Rull, to the two FINE board seats.

This move projects the combined potential of the four purchasing groups—Digrim, Gif, Intecno, and Pentagast—to €385 million (estimated by 2025). The new configuration extends FINE's operational reach to a total of 11 European countries, served by 450 dealers and a task force of 2.200 specialized technicians, making the network the ideal partner for the main key accounts in the restaurant industry.
