A new experiential format is taking shape in Milan, combining mixology, music, and cuisine, marking a further step in the evolution of the urban aperitivo. Avolta and Campari Group have inaugurated SYNC by Aperol Listening Bar & Bistro, an innovative concept located in the heart of the city, inside the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, just steps from Milan's Duomo.
The project was conceived as a contemporary listening bar, where music isn't just an accompaniment but a central element of the experience. The goal is to create an immersive environment where sound, drinks, and cuisine interact seamlessly, capturing new trends in urban consumption and socializing.
The initiative is part of Avolta's city expansion strategy, strengthening its presence in central Milan with a highly experiential format. The collaboration with Campari Group, and specifically with the Aperol brand, further enhances the aperitivo experience, reinterpreting it in a contemporary and cultural way.
"The opening represents a key milestone in our urban strategy," explained Luca D'Alba, General Manager Italy F&B at Avolta, "thanks to a proposition that combines product quality and a profound audio experience." The venue aims to be a dynamic platform, destined to evolve over time through ongoing cultural programming. The musical schedule includes aperitifs with guest selectors, listening sessions, and insightful discussions, alongside special events and artistic collaborations.
A distinctive feature is the integration of food and mixology, conceived as parts of a single experiential narrative. The drinks menu, centered on Aperol but expanded with contemporary interpretations by emerging bartenders, interacts with a gastronomic offering designed for sharing.
The menu follows the principle of "choose, mix, and share," with dishes designed to be combined. The signature recipes are by chefs Alessandro Negrini, Fabio Pisani, and Simone Salvini, who offer contemporary cuisine that alternates seafood flavors, vegetable elements, and more intense notes.
SYNC by Aperol Listening Bar & Bistro is thus shaping up to be a new benchmark for Milanese aperitivo, combining entertainment, quality, and socializing in a single space.
