In the segment of functional, high-protein cold desserts, the drive for innovation is growing, with offerings increasingly focused on combining taste, well-being, and a personalized consumer experience. This is where Yogurteria Frozen Yogurt comes in. The company will introduce its new Frozen Yogurt Greco to the market in April 2026, expanding its offering with a product designed to meet consumers' evolving nutritional and sensory needs.

The launch represents a strategic evolution of the frozen yogurt category, which in recent years has attracted growing public attention for its lightness and versatility, especially in specialized retail channels and fast food restaurants. With this product, the brand aims to strengthen its positioning in an increasingly competitive segment, where ingredient quality and nutritional value are becoming distinguishing features.

The new Greek Frozen Yogurt features a formula containing 45% fresh strained yogurt and 30% fresh milk, a significant departure from conventional offerings on the market, which often rely on rehydrated powdered milk and lower percentages of Greek yogurt. The result is a denser, smoother texture, bringing the product closer to a premium experience while maintaining the typical freshness of frozen yogurt.

Nutritionally, the product fits into the "better-for-you" trend: it's rich in protein, lactose- and gluten-free, and contains live lactic acid bacteria, an increasingly important factor in purchasing decisions, especially among consumers concerned about digestive health and a balanced diet. Freezing technology also preserves the activity of the bacteria, which are reactivated upon consumption, preserving their functional properties.

For the B2B channel, particularly for ice cream parlors, yogurt shops, and quick-service formats, the product offers high operational flexibility thanks to the possibility of customizing with toppings, an aspect that continues to be a major driver of consumption. The offering is divided into two variants: Natural, designed as a neutral base for pairing with fruit, cereals, honey, and creams, and Mango and Passion Fruit, which meets the demand for exotic and seasonal flavors.

The introduction of Frozen Yogurt Greco allows Yogurteria® Frozen Yogurt to more effectively address the premium segment of the market, while also leveraging the "healthy indulgence" trend, which combines pleasure with a focus on health. This positioning responds both to the growing demand for alternatives to traditional ice cream and to the need for operators to differentiate their offerings with high-value products.

In a context where product innovation and perceived quality are key competitive factors, the new product represents a lever for brand development and an opportunity for out-of-home operators to tap into new consumption opportunities throughout the year.
