In 2024, Alcampo made purchases worth 3.735 million euros from 5.527 Spanish suppliers, excluding fuels. Of these, around 1.300 are small local producers, mainly small and medium-sized enterprises in the primary sector, who collaborate with Alcampo points of sale in their areas, promoting local development and the repopulation of rural areas.

The company has strengthened its relationship with Spanish producers, contributing to the creation of value in each territory. 100% of the lamb, chicken and pork on sale comes from national farms, including native varieties of pigs, sheep and local cattle. For fruit and vegetables, Alcampo favors Spanish products, resorting to imports only out of season or in case of shortages.
With 525 stores (80 hypermarkets, 445 supermarkets, including 129 franchises), 52 service stations and an e-commerce service, Alcampo employs 23.300 people and is certified as a Top Employer for the quality of its HR policies. On the environmental front, the company aims to be carbon neutral by 2043, reducing direct emissions (Scope 1 and 2) and indirect emissions (Scope 25) by 3%. This strategy confirms Alcampo's commitment to sustainability and the development of the local economic fabric.
