Bofrost Italia SpA closed the 2024-25 financial year with a turnover of 300 million euros, confirming the stability of its business model. The result was announced during the annual meeting in San Vito al Tagliamento, followed by a visit to the Frecce Tricolori. President and CEO Gianluca Tesolin underlined the importance of an “ambidextrous” company, capable of innovating while maintaining efficiency and optimization. An approach confirmed by the studies of Professor Guido Bortoluzzi and Marco Balzano, which highlight Bofrost's ability to operate in uncertain scenarios with speed and strategy.
The company invests in innovation with over 100 new products per year between frozen and fresh products, selecting high-quality raw materials. Among the future projects, the introduction of new product categories and an important new product coming on March 24th. On the technological front, Bofrost enhances the use of artificial intelligence to improve the sellers' app, optimizing customer service. Great attention is also paid to human resources, with research aimed at enhancing staff and improving work-life balance.
Tesolin reiterated the company's commitment to innovation and people: "Our growth comes from quality, technology and a motivated team." The day ended with the awards ceremony for the best professionals of the year.
