Marks & Spencer (M&S) has announced a strategic overhaul of its international division, with the addition of three new senior executives. Manish Kapoor, former Managing Director of Pepe Jeans India, joins as Managing Director for M&S India, bringing with him a strong track record of building global brands and a deep understanding of the Indian market. Victoria Jones, who joins from Clarks, takes on the role of Commercial Director, International, and will be responsible for product strategy across apparel and food, ensuring a seamless connection between M&S UK and its global consumers. Richard Davies, promoted to International Partnerships Director, will unify the franchising and wholesale models, strengthening M&S’s global presence.
Led by Mark Lemming, Managing Director International, the business aims to expand through capital-light partnerships and a robust online business model. The new leadership team is key to aligning M&S’s global strategy with the aim of leveraging the strengths of the UK business to accelerate international growth.
